For a 15 minute free "Check In Chat" between us, please fill in the contact form with a convenient time for our chat. (check In chats) are available 4:30pm M-F). For privacy purposes, all contacts are via zoom meeting. Links will be sent via email.

Appointments are for 50 minutes.

After a free "Check In Chat", (15 minutes), you will be sent a information for our first online session.

Medicare and private health do not apply
